About the role
As Account Manager at BRNDS21, you are the primary point of contact for our clients. You translate brand strategy into clear project briefs, coordinate delivery across the creative and growth teams, and ensure every engagement exceeds expectations.
You will work closely with founders, executives, and marketing leads — guiding them through branding, website, and digital marketing projects from kickoff to launch. You know how to manage expectations, spot scope creep early, and turn every project into a long-term relationship.
What you will do
- Own the client relationship from signed proposal through final delivery and renewal
- Lead kickoff meetings, collect briefs, and coordinate internal teams
- Proactively communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify upsell opportunities aligned with the client's growth goals
- Ensure client satisfaction scores remain high across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in account management, project management, or client-facing roles
- Excellent communicator in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in a creative agency, marketing, or consultancy environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills — you manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Comfortable presenting strategies and work to senior decision-makers
- Based in or able to work from Paramaribo, Suriname
