About the role
At BRNDS21, growth marketing is not guesswork — it is brand strategy translated into performance. As Growth Marketer, you will design and run campaigns that generate qualified leads for our clients in real estate, hospitality, and professional services.
You are data-driven but understand that great copy and strong positioning beat a bigger budget every time. You know how to read a funnel, identify where it leaks, and build systems that scale.
What you will do
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns for multiple clients
- Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical improvements
- Analyze campaign data and produce clear performance reports
- Collaborate with the design team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Test, iterate, and document what works — build repeatable growth playbooks
Requirements
- 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on paid media experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Solid understanding of SEO — both technical and content-driven
- Comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROAS or CPL
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creative instincts for messaging
- Fluent in English; Dutch or Papiamento is a plus
